HOW is it possible that...

I miss running?! I suppose that since we were training 4 days a week and doing very little cycling I kinda got used to the whole routine. However, I am enjoying the fact that I can be totally flexible now. Part of me just doesn't want to lose that strange feeling of being able to run a distance that I thought I never would be able to do...I DID A 5K!!!! Tomorrow AM I'm going out for a run, just for the fun of it. Call me crazy, but hey, what else can I do.

Running really is quite fun...
