We traveled to Albany to participate in the Covered Bridge Bicycle Tour in Linn County. The route we took had four bridges that we got to ride to and/or thru. Actually there was one bridge (the first one) that we had a detour that took riders away from a few miles of chip seal roadway. Other than that the day was almost perfect, just some drizzle in the morning, and clearing after lunch.
There were around 600 registered riders which made for a pleasant day of riding. This was our second time riding this route and it is most certainly a favorite ride that we will look forward to riding year after year!
Now THAT looks like a beautiful ride! So fun.
